SXKH has one way and two way, two type die spotting press for choosing. Users can customize die spotting press according to their demands. Below workflow diagram will give you a brief introduction for you to better understand how die spotting press works.

Die-Filling Procedure

Step 1: Lift the die to the bolster

Step 2: Fix the die to the form board.

Step 3: Bolster back to the end.

Step 4: Slider close down to the mold

Step 5: Fix the die to the slider.

Step 6: Setting the right parameter in the Mold Clamping Parameter Setting page (including High Pressure position, Mold Protection position, Clamping Force).

Die Repair working procedure

Step 1: Mold Open

Step 2: Bolster Lift and Bolster Move Out

Step 3: Slider Overturn Open

Die Spotting working procedure

Step 1: Slider overturn close.

Step 2: Bolster Move In And Drop

Die Removal

Step 1: Disconnect the mold on the slider.

Step 2: Mold open to the top.

Step 3: Bolster move out to the end.

Step 4: Slider overturn open to the end.

Step 5: Disconnect the mold on the bolster.

Step 7: Remove the mold from the bolster.
