As China’s National Day holiday approaches, the SXKH factory is running at an even faster pace than usual.

This year’s pre-holiday shipping season has been more challenging than in previous years. Multiple typhoons forced major ports in East China to suspend operations repeatedly, with vessel waiting times at Shanghai and Ningbo once reaching 7 to 10 days. Some services faced skipped calls and rolled bookings, further squeezing effective capacity. At the same time, carriers proactively reduced capacity ahead of Golden Week, and large-scale blank sailings sharply tightened slot availability, driving up both booking difficulty and freight rates. These combined factors significantly narrowed the pre-holiday shipping window.

Facing such a challenging logistics environment, SXKH relied on its long-term professional packaging and freight forwarding partners. With mature export operational experience and flexible coordination capabilities, the team secured vessel space and optimized container loading plans one by one despite tight capacity, ensuring that all machines were prepared for shipment on time and to standard. From the workshop to the container, from wooden crate fastening to crane loading, every machine completed loading under strict packaging and securing standards.

In the final week before the holiday, multiple units of SXKH die spotting machines, die splitters, and mold flippers have all completed packing and container loading, and have now been exported to customer facilities in India, Thailand, the Czech Republic, and Argentina.

SXKH operates two factories in Ningbo. All equipment is manufactured strictly in accordance with European and American standards. The company holds a leading market share in China’s domestic market, supported by a broad customer base. Meanwhile, approximately half of its equipment is exported to more than 50 countries and regions worldwide, including the UK, Serbia, Spain, Germany, France, Portugal, Poland, Italy, Greece, Norway, Romania, the US, Mexico, Canada, Honduras, Turkey, Morocco, Brazil, Chile, Argentina, Peru, India, Thailand, the UAE, Qatar, Israel, Japan, and Vietnam. Our overseas footprint continues to expand at a rapid pace. As a leader and top-tier player in the global high-end die spotting press industry, SXKH continues to earn the long-term trust of customers worldwide through consistent product quality and professional service.

For SXKH, shipping is more than just sending equipment out the door—it is about honoring our commitments to customers. Every machine undergoes full commissioning and inspection before leaving the factory, ensuring it can quickly enter production once it arrives. From India to South America, from Southeast Asia to Europe, SXKH equipment is increasingly present on the production floors of global manufacturers.

SXKH’s product portfolio covers die spotting presses in various configurations, die spotting machines, die splitters, mechanical and hydraulic mold flippers, and tryout presses, as well as vertical and horizontal die splitters, trimming presses, hydraulic presses, mold waterway cleaning machines, EDM machines, deep-hole drilling machines, and heavy-duty transfer carts. Optional tooling solutions such as hydraulic clamps and electro-permanent magnetic chucks are also available to meet diverse mold processing needs.

We sincerely thank every customer for their trust. The SXKH team will stay on top of the process to ensure smooth arrival and provide follow-up installation and commissioning support.

Wishing everyone a happy and peaceful National Day holiday!
