Recently,3 tool movers have completed all factory inspections and is about to be shipped to our Long term client in Canada.
The first one is our FMG-15T tool mover. The customer customized it with a T-slot flipping worktable . It meets a variety of mold repair and mold fitting&spotting needs:
● Standard T-slot table for flexible clamping
It works with T-slots and clamping plates to fasten various injection and die-casting molds securely against slipping. No customized tooling is required, suitable for mixed production of molds in different sizes.
● High rigidity and consistent precision
The thickened base plate is stress-relieved, resisting deformation under load and maintaining stable slot positioning accuracy. The table remains flat after 90° flipping, supporting mold disassembly, polishing and spotting-one machine serves multiple purposes.
The second unit is the FMG-15T V-saddle tool mover, designed for centering and flipping cylindrical workpieces such as rollers and barrels:
● V-shaped centering support for automatic alignment of round workpieces
The integrated V-saddle structure automatically centers rollers and barrels once placed, effectively preventing rolling and shifting for easy positioning.
● Even load distribution for stable heavy-duty operation
The inclined surfaces spread the load evenly to avoid deformation of cylindrical and roller-shaped workpieces under pressure, suitable for flipping and maintenance of heavy roller molds.
● Efficient loading, safe and convenient lifting
The open V-shaped structure makes lifting and placing easy without complicated clamping tools, ideal for batch flipping of rollers and cylindrical workpieces.
The third model is our FMG-50T tool mover with positioning holes, designed for precision mold alignment and mold spotting:
● Locating hole grid table for fast mold spotting
The table features a standard grid of locating holes used together with dowel pins. Based on the reference-hole positioning principle, molds can be aligned rapidly to save repeated adjustment time during spotting.
● Reliable reference base for precision molds
The plate’s hole positions are uniformly referenced, mainly used for high-precision injection mold clamping checks and parting surface trimming, meeting the consistency requirements of mold trial operations.
● Flexible tooling setup
Can be used with accessories like positioning pins or limit stops, allowing quick adjustments to the positioning scheme according to the mold shape.
